We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to provide top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in building and maintaining our relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, and through email.
Actively listen and understand customer needs, offering suitable product solutions and providing relevant information.
Cross-sell and up-sell products to increase company revenue.
Use various sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
Maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and answer their questions.
Work collaboratively with other team members.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
A positive and solution-focused attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
