We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive image for our company.

Location: South Boston (must be able to commute)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation: $39,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
